All cancellations are subject to 20.00 handling fee per room.

Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a one-night stay, for each room reserved.

 For multiple room bookings, or bookings of 7 days or more, a 50 % deposit is required, which is non- refundable. For reservations made more than 45 days prior to day of arrival, a 50 % deposit or a one night’s minimum is required.

No refunds are granted for early checkouts.
